Care Support Workers help people with different disabilities and mental health needs live their lives more independently. As a Care Support Worker, you can work in a variety of settings such as care homes, hospitals, or out in the community. The role is so varied, because each person has unique care needs, making the job itself unique too.

Often, the people we support need help communicating. So understanding how the person communicates and how others can best communicate with them is an essential part of the job
We offer a range of hours to meet your needs and the needs of the people we care for. For example, working hours can include part-time, full-time, evenings, mornings, and weekends.
